After answering a few questions about your goals, aspirations, and the look and feel you’d like to have, you'll be guided through a few basics by one of our highly-trained instructors.

You'll start to learn to dance on your very first lesson, and leave with a plan of action for the next few sessions.

You don’t have to be young to learn to dance. I am in my eighties and having great fun learning. Dancing has greatly improved my balance as well as provided me with many new, interesting, and caring dancing friends... Anyone who wants a wonderful way to get themselves moving should consider trying dance lessons! Both the group lessons and the individual lessons add to the Fun!
